Description
This car windshield sunshade is made from polyester fabric with a reflective coating on the surface, formed through heat-press lamination and cutting processes. It features stitched edges and an elastic steel wire frame, allowing it to conform to the curvature of the windshield when deployed. It pops open automatically for use and is secured by the vehicle’s sun visors; it can be folded and twisted for compact storage in the included pouch. The reflective layer is created using calendering and coating techniques, resulting in a lightweight material that folds down to a small size.
